Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that four crimes were registered against the petitioners i.e.
Crime No.63 of 2022, Crime No.102 of 2018, Crime No.106 of 2018 and Crime No.107 of 2023.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties and they are not threatened the petitioners to settle the disputes.
Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law.
There shall be no order as to costs.
