The learned Government Pleader for Services-III would submit that the said G.O. was withdrawn and that the subsequent G.O. was issued.
In that regard, this Court in W.P.No.40701 of 2022 dismissed the Writ Petition as infructuous as the similar issue was considered in the said Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No order as to costs.
