THE HON’BLE MS JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI Criminal Petition No.757 of 2023 ORDER : This Criminal Petition is filed seeking bail under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’) to petitioners/A-2 to A-6 & A-9 to A-11 in Crime No.37 of 2022 of Station House Officer Donkarai police station, Alluri Seetha Rama Raju District (old District Name : East Godavari District) registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) read with Section 8(C) of NDPS Act.

Sri Kakumanu Joji Amrutha Raju, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
