THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE CHEEKATI MANAVENDRANATH ROY WRIT PETITION No.5102 of 2023 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed claiming the amount due towards execution of five works that are entrusted to the petitioner under five different agreements by the respondents.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for respondent No.1, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, Sri.

Ranga Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4.
The fact that the execution of about five works of laying CC roads and construction of RO plant etc., were entrusted to the petitioner by the respondents as per agreements dated 29.09.2018, 06.06.2018, 29.09.2018, 29.09.2018 and 29.09.2018 respectively and that the petitioner has executed the said works and that in total a sum of Rs.8,36,729/- is due to the petitioner towards execution of the said works as shown in the table in page 8 of the writ petition has been categorically admitted by the respondents.
Counter of respondent No.4 has been filed categorically admitting the said claims and the fact that the petitioner has executed the said works.
However, it is stated that the necessary budget to make the payment was 2 not released by the Finance Department and if the budget is released that the 4th respondent would upload the bills in CFMS portal for making the payment.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance would request four (4) weeks time to release the budget.
Therefore, as the claim of the petitioner is categorically admitted by the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, to release the necessary budget to make the payment to the petitioner within four (4) weeks, from the date of this order.
Thereafter, respondent No.4 is directed to upload the bills in CFMS portal within two (2) weeks from the date of release of the budget. he budget.
Thereafter, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to pay the said sum of Rs.8,36,729/- to the petitioner within four (4) weeks from the date of uploading the bills in CFMS portal.
No costs.
