Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioners is that, the petitioners application, dated 06.03.2018 for correction of Revenue records specifically in the Adangals in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.1.55 cents in Sy.No.7 of Ayyavaripalli Village, Seetharamapuam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District has not been considered so for.

Hence, this Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of the subject land to an extent of Ac.1.55 cents in Sy.No.7 of Ayyavaripalli Village, 2 Seetharamapuam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

While so, the petitioner made application to the 4th respondent for mutation of their names in the Adangal and 1-B for the subject land under the provisions of the A.P. rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971.

But, the same is not considered so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the application, dated 06.03.2018 is a very old one and this Writ Petition is filed with delay and latches.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioners are directed to make a fresh application through Village Secretariat concerned for the purpose of correction of entries in the Revenue records with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.55 cents in Sy.No. in Sy.No.7 of Ayyavaripalli Village, Seetharamapuam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

On receipt of such online application from the petitioners, the 4th respondent shall consider and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioners.

After verification of the records and the subject land appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of three (03) months thereafter.

3 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

No costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ B.
