RAGHUNANDAN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.225 of 2023 ORDER: There is no representation for the petitioner today also.

The learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the payments due to the petitioner have been cleared.
However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not available for confirming the same.

As time has been granted earlier and the learned counsel for the petitioner has not chosen to appear before this Court, it would be appropriate for this Court to accept the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Case, if the orders of this Court have not been complied.
