Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, the respondent police have received the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2023 and conducted preliminary enquiry in this matter.

He would further submit that they have not registered any crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner, since the subject matter is civil in nature as there are civil disputes between the petitioner and 3rd parties.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
