Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that, the petitioner’s application, dated 29.09.2022 has not been considered by the 2nd respondent till date.
Hence, this Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land in an extent of Ac.4.77 cents in Sy.No.494-1-A-2-B of Burugupalem Village, Makavarapalem Mandal, Anakapalli District.
The same was acquired under a registered sale deed Doc.No.4403 of 2020, dated 28.09.2020.
Ever since, the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the same.
When the petitioner made an application on 09.09.2022 for 2 mutation of his name in the Revenue Records for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books, the same was not acted upon by the 2nd respondent.
Then he made an online application bearing No.MUT220929060223, dated 29.09.2022 to the 2nd respondent seeking mutation of his name in the Revenue Records with respect to the subject land.
But, the same is not acted upon so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that the 2nd respondent would act upon the application of the petitioner by following the due procedure.
In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner bearing No.MUT220929060223, dated 29.09. ted 29.09.2022 as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, by hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
