The contempt case is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the orders dated 26.12.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.41526 of 2022, wherein the 3rd respondent herein is directed to pass orders afresh without reference to the earlier rejection proceedings, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and the other interested parties.

At the time of considering the matter, learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that in due compliance of the orders dated 26.12.2022 passed by this Court, notices were issued to the petitioners and other interested parties and thereafter enquiry was conducted.

He submits that the 3rd respondent, on the basis of the enquiry, issued endorsement dated 01.3.2023 and therefore, there is no willful disobedience of the orders dated 26.12.2022.

Considering the submissions made and perusing the material on record, this Court is of the considered view that no case is made out for invoking the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents.

In such view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed.
