HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.
RAGHUNANDAN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.933 of 2023 ORDER: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire bills have not been cleared and certain deductions appear have to be made without authority of law and there is a clear violation of the directions of this Court.

Nischala Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents submits that bills due to the petitioner have been cleared.

As the directions of this Court only requires the respondents to finalize the bills and pay the admitted amounts, this Court cannot go into the disputes regarding the quantum of payment in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the present Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of his remedies according to Law.
