JUSTICE B.S.BHANUMATHI Criminal Petition No.5930 OF 2023 ORDER: The Criminal Petition is filed seeking the following prayer: “…to quash the FIR No.269 of 2020 registered under Section 406, 420, 423 r/w 34 IPC r/w 156(3) of CrPC on the file of Mangalagiri Rural Police Station, Guntur District, dated 04.07.2020…” 2.
Sri Chukkapalli Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 01.12.2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to post the matter before the Bench to withdraw the Criminal Petition as the petitioner intended to prove their innocence before the trial Court.
