THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI WRIT PETITION NO.20504 OF 2023 ORDER: The short grievance of the petitioner herein is that, the respondent Nos.
8 to 11 have misused the Gram Panchayat funds, for which a complaint has been lodged by the petitioner along with others by way of representations dated 18.05.2023 and 06.02.2023 to the respondent Nos.2 and 3.
When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions dated 19.08.2023 , submitted that, the District Collector, Bapatla District has taken disciplinary action against the Panchayat Secretaries and they were suspended for misappropriation of Gram Panchayat funds.
He further submitted that, they are taking steps in accordance with law, the said written instructions are placed on record and has drawn the attention of this Court to the same.
As the respondent-authorities have taken steps in accordance with law, on the complaint made by petitioner, there is nothing to be adjudicated in the Writ Petition and prayed to close the Writ Petition.

To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection.

Taking the submissions made by both learned counsel into consideration and as the respondents have already set law into motion, there is nothing remains for adjudication and the Writ Petition is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
