THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SREENIVASA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20313 of 2023 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following prayer. “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondents in filing final report under Sec.173 of Cr.P.C. in F.I.R.No.68/2021, dated 26.3.2021 on the file of 3rd Respondent herein filed by the petitioner for the offence under Sec.324 R/W 34 of IPC against the Respondents No.4 and 5, as arbitrary, illegal and violation of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the Respondents to complete the investigation and file charge sheet forthwith and to pass …” 2.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the police are not conducting investigation in Crime No.68 of 2021 and not filing charge sheet.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that after conducting investigation, police filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

No costs.
