Also heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Notice to the respondent Nos.3 to 6 is deemed not necessary, as the merits of the matter are not being dealt with.

The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the petitioner’s representations dated 10.07.2023 and 31.07.2023.

The learned counsel for petitioner while reiterating the contentions raised in the Writ Petition inter alia submits that the petitioner belongs to BC-A Category and a senior citizen.

He submits that the petitioner was allotted a house site in the year 2018 and she had also constructed a small house in YSR Colony, Balireddygaripalli Village, Railway Kodur Mandal, Annamayya District.

He further submits that the open lands situated in Sy.No.612 of the Balireddygaripalli Village, Railway Kodur Mandal, Annamayya District., are Government Lands and the same are being utilized by Villagers for their livestock and other purposes.

He submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondents are making hectic efforts in a high handed manner to occupy the said Government Lands and succeeded in constructing a church in a small extent unauthorizedly. horizedly.

He submits that the unofficial respondents are restricting the villagers for usage of the Government Lands, which affects their daily activities and in this regard, the petitioner on 10.07.2023 and 31.07.2023 made representations to the 2nd respondent about illegal occupation of lands and construction of church, unauthorizedly, but no action was taken.

The learned counsel submits that in the above circumstances; the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court seeking appropriate directions.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on the other hand submits that, he needs to secure instructions on the status of the representations stated to have been made to the concerned authorities and seeks time.

Considering the submissions made, this Court instead of going into the merits further or keeping the Writ Petition pending, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to look into the petitioner’s recent representation dated 31.07.2023, and take necessary action, strictly in accordance with Law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
