SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5819 of 2023 ORDER: Present application is filed by petitioner/A.4 in Cr.No.109 of 2023 of Madanapalle II Town PS, Annamayya District, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.
The above crime was registered against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 of IPC.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that so far as the petitioner/A.4 is concerned, as the allegations against her for the offence under Section 409 of IPC are not attracted, the police have already issued a notice under Section41-A of Cr.P.C.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, as there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner/A.4, recording the statement made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor stating that the police have already issued a notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., present criminal petition is closed.
