N SRIHARI The Court made the following: THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 4269/2023 ORDER This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 30.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18337 of 2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the respondents passed a speaking order dated 10.07.2023 and the same was also assailed by way of another Writ Petition.

In view of passing of the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

No order as to costs.
