5737 OF 2023 ORDER: Accused No.9 in Crime No.111 of 2023 of Nandyal Taluk Police Station, Nandyal District, filed the present application under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of this criminal petition, the petitioner was already arrested and thereby the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.
