SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.19726 of 2023 Order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer; “….pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly the 4th respondent in not investigating and not filling Charge Sheet in Crime in FIR No.876/2021 dated 25.11.2021 registered under Sections 323, 324, 498-A, 506, 509 r/w 34 of IPC on the file of 4th respondent against the Respondents No.5 to 10 on petitioner complaint dated 25.11.2021, as being illegal, irregular and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on the respondents under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to investigate into the crime and prosecute the accused persons for appropriate offences under penal provisions of law by subjecting the offenders to the process of arrest and judicial remand and pass….” 2.
On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the investigation has been completed in the crime and police filed Charge Sheet and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.4451 of 2022 on the file of the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
