Having heard both the Ld.
Counsel and having perused the documents filed along with the present Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Anantapuramu, to dispose of the proceedings bearing Rc.No.K3/357/2023, dated 05.07.2023 within a period of four weeks from today by passing a Speaking Order in accordance with law.

The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a Copy of this Order before the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Anantapuramu, within one week from today.

The Joint Collector shall also receive Additional Representation or Explanation as the case may be from the Writ Petitioner, if he so chooses to file, before finally deciding the case of the Writ Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
