HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.4152 of 2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 31.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8090 of 2022.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 31.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8090 of 2022, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
