Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office order dated 17.04.2023.

The said order has been issued pursuant to judgment dated 09.04.2021, passed in CWPOA No.2624/2019 (Rekha Sharma Vs.

State of H.P.).

In terms of this order, the respondents have re-fixed the pay of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Advocate General has submitted that all due benefits under the said order dated 17.04.2023 shall be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
