By way of instant petition, a prayer has been made to release the petitioner on bail in case FIR No.

116 of 2021, dated 17.09.2021, under Sections 363, 376 of the IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act registered at Police Station Puruwala.

In alternative, it is prayed that the petitioner be released on interim bail for limited 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

On 03.05.2023, the respondent was directed to place on record status report and also to verify the averment with respect to the marriage of brother of the petitioner.

In response, the status report has been filed and it is verified that the real brother of the petitioner named Sanjay Kumar is getting married on 12th May, 2023.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2021.

The trial against him is still continuing.

Keeping in view of the fact that the real brother of the petitioner is getting married on 12th May, 2023, I deem it expedient and in the interest of justice to release the petitioner on interim bail for limited period w.e.f.

10th May, 2023 till 17th May, 2023 in order to enable him to attend the marriage of his brother.
