Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J This writ petition was filed for the grant of following substantive relief:- “a) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to consider and decide the Annexure P- 2 (Colly) submitted by the petitioner through proper channel by taking into consideration the office order dated 01.04.2021/03.05.2021 (Annexure P-1 (Colly) and judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.011060 of 2017 titled as R.K.

Bansal & Ors. vs.

State of H.P. & Ors. (Annexure P-3) , in the interest of law and justice.” 2.

Respondents No.1 to 3 have filed short reply stating therein that the petitioner was initially appointed as Drawing Master on 29.12.2011 on contract basis against the un-reserved vacancy; his services were regularized on 01.09.2017.

01.09.2017.

Since respondents have now passed office order dated 20.07.2023 (Annexure R-1) adjusting the petitioner against reserved post of ex-servicemen quota w.e.f.

01.09.2017, therefore no further orders are required to be passed in this petition save and except to direct the respondents that all consequential action, including re-fixation of pay of the petitioner, if any, payment of arrears of pay on accou y on account of difference in the pay scale for the period in question, if any, etc. be taken to their logical conclusion within four weeks from today.

Ordered accordingly.

The present petition is disposed of in above terms.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
