Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 03.10.2023, whereby work charge status has been granted to the petitioner w.e.f.

01.01.2006, subject to the final outcome of SLP filed vide Diary No.39531/2023 dated 23.09.2023.

However, consequential benefits have not been extended to the petitioner as yet.
