Vivek Singh Thakur, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 03.10.2023, whereby work charge status has been granted to the petitioner w.e.f.

01.01.2006, subject to the final outcome of SLP filed vide Diary No.39531/2023 dated 23.09.2023.

However, consequential benefits have not been extended to the petitioner as yet.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that he has instructions to communicate that respondents shall ensure complete compliance within one week.

In view of submissions of learned Additional Advocate General, respondents are directed to ensure complete compliance, by granting all consequential benefits to the petitioner on or before 19.10.2023, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
