T V S KUMAR The Court made the following Order: Challenging the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with or dispossess the petitioner from the lands admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents, 708.75 Sq.yards (second plot) and 154.27 Sq.yards (third plot) situated in Sy.No.9/1 of Pudipetla Revenue Village lands, Perumalapalli Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.

Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to filing of the writ petition, the structures which are lying on the subject property have been removed.

In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication in the writ petition and prayed to close the same giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
