Pending consideration of the Writ petition, the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in Rc.No.DT(A)/43/2022 [Rc.No.D2/43/2023], has rendered a judgment / order dated 06.01.2026 and rejected the appeal filed by the unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 12.

Therefore, the present Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
