The essential grievance is about an interim order which is granted on 04.05.2023 and its extension.

The direction to maintain status-quo was not mentioned in the order dated 14.06.2023 which on the next date of posting.

It appears that on 16.06.2023, the Tribunal upon a memo filed by the learned counsel pointing out the said error corrected the order and stated the following. “Inadvertently, the line Status quo already granted is extended till 30.08.2023 is omitted”.

Therefore, the line was corrected.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent-Bank should have given notice to the petitioner in the memo for correction of so called error.

This court is of the opinion that the writ petition is not maintainable.

If the petitioner is dissatisfied with the extension of the order, he will either have to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal or file an application about the Debts Recovery Tribunal for modifying, cancelling or otherwise varying the said order.

Therefore, writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a liberty to the petitioners to pursue their legal remedies.

There shall be no order as to costs.
