THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.18003 of 2023 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.V.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for T.T.D for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, has brought to the notice of this Court that already the petitioners have approached this Hon’ble Court in Writ Petition No.36058 of 2018 for the very same prayer.

Leaned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though, the Writ Petition No.36058 of 2018 is pending, but the respondents have considered and regularized the services of the some other society.
Hence, they requested to extend the same benefit to the petitioners also.

Considering the submissions made by both the counsel and on perusal of the record, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioners to file Interlocutory Application for regularization of the service of 2 the petitioners in the pending Writ Petition No.36058 of 2018.
There shall be no order as to costs.
