THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE CHEEKATI MANAVENDRANATH ROY AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.18108 of 2023 ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy) This Writ Petition is filed for habeas corpus seeking direction to produce the detenu before the Court, who is alleged to have been in illegal detention of the 3rd and 4th respondents.
At the time of hearing the Writ Petition, when it came up for admission by way of lunch motion today, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that although the petitioner was taken by the police last night that he was released today morning after filing the Writ Petition.
So, he would pray to record the same and close the Writ Petition.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
