GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: 22 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.Nos.4455, 10467, 10468, 17621, 17623, 18202, 18225, 18427,19060, 19721, 25666 of 2023 COMMON ORDER : These writ petitions are filed seeking enhancement of superannuation up to 62 years as per G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 31.01.2022.

The Petitioners are working under different designations in different departments.

As State Government had enhanced the age of 62 years for Government employees by amending the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984, the present writ petitions were filed seeking for similar relief.

This Court granted interim orders, directing the Respondents to continue the Petitioners till the age of superannuation of 62 years.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that though the Petitioners had completed 62 years of service, salary for the period they worked from 60 to 62 years is not paid by the Respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I submits that the cases of the Petitioners will be examined and salary will be paid for the period they worked from 60 to 62 years.

Noting the said submissions, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the Respondents to verify and make appropriate payments to the Petitioners for the period they worked pursuant to the interim orders of this Court.

No order as to costs.
