HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.3605 of 2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 14.02.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in W.P.No.3640 of 2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has already passed an order dated 14.02.2023 in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in W.P.No.3640 of 2023, which reads as follows: “Heard both sides.

For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the application and having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be an interim direction as prayed for.” Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that even though this Court passed an order dated 14.02.2023, the respondent 2 neither complied with the orders of this Court nor issued any appropriate proceedings.

Hence, the present contempt case.

After filing the present contempt case, the respondent herein issued written instructions dated 24.07.2023, wherein, they admitted that the petitioner was promoted as ACDPO, O/o DW&CW&EO, Chittoor District.

Pursuant to the said proceedings, the petitioner was joined at the subject place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the written instructions, it is observed some other things are contrary to the service law jurisprudence.

Therefore, he intends to challenge the same by way of appropriate proceedings.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents, in view of the written instructions dated 24.07.2023, the orders dated 14.02.2023 are complied with.

Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case.

Accordingly, the present contempt case is closed. is closed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the second limb of observations at 3 the written instructions by way of appropriate proceedings.

There shall be no order as to costs.
