THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI WRIT PETITION No.16622 of 2023 ORDER: When the matter is taken up for consideration today, leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning Department, on written instructions dated 01.08.2023 submitted that, respondent authorities have paid the eligible amount of Rs.1,01,749/- to the petitioner vide cheque No.114133 dated 31.07.2023 and prayed to close the same.

As the respondent authorities have paid the amount to the petitioner, there is nothing remains for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
