HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO AND HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION No.16152 of 2023 ORDER: (per U Durga Prasad Rao, J) Heard Sri Anil Bezawada, learned counsel representing on behalf of Sri Varun Byreddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Commercial Tax for respondents.

It is seen that as against the show-cause notice dated 20.05.2023 issued in Form GST REG-17 vide reference No.ZA370523037522P by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has submitted his explanation/objections dated 01.06.2023 and the same is pending for consideration before the aforesaid authority.

In that view of the matter, we deem it suffice to direct the 1st respondent to consider the explanation/objections dated 01.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner and after according an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner pass an appropriate order in accordance with governing law as expeditiously as possible but not later than one week from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
