HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO AND HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION No.16470 of 2023 ORDER: (per UDPR,J) The Writ Petition is filed against the show-cause notice dated 31.05.2022 for tax period from 2017 – 2018 to August 2020, issued by the 1st respondent.

However, as can be seen, an order under DRC 07, Ref.37AAEFD7698H1ZW dated 31.05.2022 was passed and therefore the petitioner if so advised, may challenge the order rather than show cause notice.
Therefore the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order in DRC 07 dated 31.05.2022.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
