The Writ Petition is being disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both sides counsel.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite making representation dated 20.03.2023 before the 4th respondent for mutation of the petitioner’s name in the Revenue Records and issuance of e-Pattadar Passbooks, Title Deeds and adangals, etc., in respect of subject matter lands 2 situated at Nippatlapadu Village, Chimakurthy Mandal, Prakasam District., no steps have been taken by the respondents so far.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to advance arguments with reference to the averments made in the Writ Affidavit, it is pointed out by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the petitioner instead of making any appropriate application through Mee-Seva appears to have made a representation only to the 4th respondent and the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner would make appropriate application through Mee-Seva and on making such application the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the same, by stipulating some time limit.

Considering the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to make appropriate application through online for 3 mutation of his name in re name in respect of the subject matter lands and issuance of e-Pattadar Passbook, Title Deeds and adangals, etc.

In the event of the petitioner making any application, the 4th respondent shall take necessary action on the same, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
