SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.4572 of 2023 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein/A1 to A4 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.111 of 2021 on the file of the learned IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

Heard.
Perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, has confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners 2 to 4 i.e.
A2 to A4 before the Court below.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the presence of the petitioners 2 to 4 i.e.
A2 to A4 before the trial Court has been dispensed with, except on those dates when the learned Magistrate, feels that the presence of petitioner 2 to 4 i.e.
A2 to A4 is necessary.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
