THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.16170 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:- “……to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not implementing the pay and allowances equally on par with others holding the same rank as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents to implement the pay scales as mentioned in Rule 78 of the Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987 and fix the pay scales of the petitioner as is admissible who were appointed along with the petitioner in the Railway Protection Force Battalion in the year 2000 and to pass such other order or further orders……” 2.

At the stage of admission, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Ch.V.Kiran Kumar and Sri Sai Narayana Rao, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1to 5, fairly conceded that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the Common order dated 10.07.2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in W.P.
