HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.3450 of 2023 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 02.01.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.42466 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has filed a memo dated 31.01.2024, wherein, it is stated that the orders of this court are complied with by passing a speaking order vide proceedings dated 19.12.2023 and the copy of the said proceedings are placed on record.
In view of the same, the orders of this Court are complied with and the present contempt petition is liable to be closed.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that passing of the proceedings dated 19.12.2023 in compliance of the orders of this Court is not in accordance with the orders dated 02.01.2023.

Having perused the material placed before this Court by way of counter affidavit as well as the memo, this Court convinced that the orders of this Court dated 02.01.2023 are complied with by passing a speaking order dated 19.12.2023.
Hence, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
