THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.16035 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to issue Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 08.05.2023 and 22.05.2023 as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
