Patcha Sai Sanutha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioners, Smt D.Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, Sri Chandra Sekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Sri M.Sudhir, learned standing counsel for Gram Panchayat and Sri Bonu Rama Shankar Rao, learned counsel for unofficial respondents.

The record discloses that this Court vide order dated 05.07.2023 granted an order of status quo with regard to subject matter property existing as on that day shall be maintained in all respects.

This Writ Petition was filed on 03.07.2023 and an order of status quo was granted on 05.07.2025.

Despite lapse of considerable time, the respondent authorities have neither placed instructions nor filed a counter- affidavit so far.

In view of the above, as the respondent authorities did not choose to file counter so far, there is no purpose in keeping this Writ Petition pending inviting counter.

As such, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition by duly considering the interim order dated 05.07.2023.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to dispossess and demolish the petitioners’ property situated in survey No.25-2 bearing Door No.3-48, Kothuru Village, Garugubilli Mandal, Parvathipuram Manyam District, except under due process of law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
