THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY Writ Petition No.15921 of 2023 ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 to 5 not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and Respondent No.6 and also not to interfere with construction of compound wall by the petitioner in the petitioner’s own site.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that, respondent police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and un-official respondent.

In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, recording the same, this Court feels no orders are necessary in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
