16032 of 2023 ORDER: The short grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities are interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring Ac.4-50 cents in Survey No.182/2, Ac.3-75 cents in Survey No.181/3, Ac.

4-60 cents in Survey No.182/3, Ac.4-50 cents in Survey No.183/2 and Ac.4-75 cents in Survey No.183/3 situated at 194, Bandapalle Revenue Village, Chittoor Mandal, Chittoor District.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri E.Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, by placing on record the written instructions submitted that the none of the revenue officials interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject property and the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension.

In reply, Sri Seshadri Goalla, learned counsel for the petitioner, prayed this Court to record the written instructions and close this writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition is closed recording the written instructions that none of the revenue authorities interfered with the subject land.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As sequel thereto, miscellaneous petition, if any, pending shall stand closed.
