SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.
537 OF 2023 ORDER: The impugned order dated 24.01.2023, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1119 of 2023, in DVC.
1 of 2016, by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum-XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Gannavaram, is appealable under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for closure of the present Criminal Revision Case, as there is a statutory appeal provided under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer such statutory appeal before the Sessions Court.

Permission is accorded.
