Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet is also filed against the petitioners and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.219 of 2023 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Gajuwaka.

In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh application before appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

There shall be no order as to costs.
