HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.15499 of 2023 ORDER: This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following reliefs: “...to issue Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the petitioners representations dated 05.05.2023 to evaluate the PG examinations papers by two examiners, is illegal, arbitrary violative of principles of natural justice.

Consequently, direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners.” 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for the respondent No.2 as well as learned Government Pleader for the Respondent No.1.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 05.05.2023 filed by the petitioners to evaluate the P.G examination papers by two examiners independently, for which learned counsel for the respondents has expressed no objection.

Having regard to the submissions made by both the learned counsels and in the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 05.05.2023 and pass orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

No order as to costs.
