The learned Mediator has submitted the Mediator’s report wherein it is mentioned that the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have compromised their dispute.

An amount of Rs.3,00,000/- was paid by the Petitioner/Accused to Respondent No.2 towards full and final settlement of the case.

Based on the Mediator’s report, the case in between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 is compromised under Section 147 of ‘the N.I.

Act’ read with Section 320(6) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ 5.

In the result, the Criminal Revision case is disposed of as compromised, Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ The Judgment dated 06.01.2023 in Crl.A.No.88/2016 on the file of the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam; the judgment dated 10.02.2016 in C.C.No.644/2014 on the file of the learned Special magistrate-IV, Visakhapatnam are set aside.

There shall be no order as to costs.
