None represented for the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.

Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the respondent-police have never insisted the petitioner to pay any huge amount.

He further submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.

555 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 302, 120(b), and 212 read with 34 of IPC, and after completion of investigation, a charge-sheet was filed before the Court of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, where the case is presently pending for trial.

He would further submit that, based on the petitioner’s crime history, the 4th respondent opened a suspect sheet against him vide C.No.256/ACP-CD/2021 dated 08.10.2021.

Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The respondent police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except in the event that any crime is registered against the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs. to costs.

As sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ Dr.
