HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.
3714 OF 2023 ORDER: The present criminal petition is filed by the petitioners- accused Nos.
1 to 4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking their release on anticipatory bail in crime No.
184 of 2023 of Mangalagiri Rural Police Station, Guntur District.
The above crime was registered against the petitioners-accused Nos.
1 to 4 and accused No.
5 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.
1 to 4 and learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor.

4 is mother-in-law and petitioners Nos.
2 and 3- accused Nos.
2 and 3 are brothers-in-law of de facto complainant and accused No.
5 is relative of the petitioners-accused Nos.
1 to 4.
The wife of de facto complainant is residing with the petitioners as she became pregnant.
On 03-05-2023, some altercation took place between the accused and de facto complainant, in which de 2 facto complainant received some injuries.
The accused also received injuries.
On the report given by de facto complainant, the above crime was registered and on the basis of the report given by the petitioner-accused No.
1, a case in crime No.
182 of 2023 was registered against de facto complainant and three others for the offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 IPC.

As seen from the material available on record, the incident is an outcome of domestic quarrel, in which both the parties received injuries and both the accused and the prosecution party are related to each other.
In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The petitioners-accused Nos.
1 to 4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Mangalagiri Rural Police Station, on or before 27-06-2023.

On such surrender, the Station House Officer is directed to enlarge the petitioners-accused Nos.
1 to 4 on bail on their furnishing each a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to his satisfaction.
On release, the petitioners-accused Nos.
1 to 4 are directed to report before 3 the Station House Officer, Mangalagiri Rural Police Station, on every Monday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. until further orders.

The criminal petition is allowed accordingly.
