In paragraph No.4 of the additional affidavit it was stated that there are 14 vacancies identified for the post of School Assistant (Hindi) and all the 14 vacancies were filled up with the senior and eligible Secondary Grade Teacher candidates vide proceedings dated 13.07.2019.
The last promoted candidate is at serial No.18 in the seniority list.
The 1st petitioner was shown at serial No.21 and the 2nd petitioner was shown at serial No.30 in the seniority list.
Hence, the petitioners are not coming within the zone of consideration to consider their case for promotion.
Recording the same, the Contempt Case (AT) is closed.
