The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, his representation dated 07.03.2022 for grant of DKT Patta has not been considered by the 6th respondent so far.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is entitled to be considered for issuance of the DKT Patta for the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.65 cents in Sy.No.1383-2C situated at Ponguru Village, 2 Marripadu, SPSR Nellore District under G.O.Ms.No.288, dated 01.06.2018 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The petitioner also gave representation to the 6th respondent on 07.03.2022 by marking copies to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 for the said purpose.

But the same was not considered so far.

The Pahani copy, dated 18.10.2014 discloses the name of the petitioner for the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.65 cents in Sy.No.1383-2C of the said village.

Similarly, the Adangal copy, dated 23.09.2015 discloses the name of the petitioner for the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.65 cents in Sy.No.1383-2C of the said village.

Hence, the petitioner sought for grant of DKT Patta for which, he made representation to the 6th respondent on 07.03.2022 which was referred to the 6th respondent and the same is kept pending without consideration by the 6th respondent.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the 6th respondent will act upon the petitioner’s representation dated 07.03.2022.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 6th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the 3 petitioner’s representation dated 07.03.2022 if not already disposed of by now, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law.
